Built to last. Since 1983.
Since opening our doors in 1983, we have endeavoured to manufacture and maintain all of our trucks at one of our Manchester, Leeds or Stockport sites. Our in house specialists in fabrication and truck maintenance have developed and upgraded the vehicles as time has gone on. We always strive to use British companies and products for parts and as a result, we have managed to build many long standing relationships with both large and smaller companies alike.
The premise for our modern day trucks isn’t too dissimilar to when we started delivering concrete over 30 years ago. This means that we know the fleet inside out and can maintain it to a high standard. We have tweaked and polished the design over time and consider the current machines to be both extremely reliable and highly efficient.
We continue to renew and upgrade our fleet, we have brought two new trucks on in the last 18 months with two more to follow this coming year. We do, however, have a soft spot for the older, more experienced trucks. Our K registered Leyland Daf from 1993 can still be seen pounding the streets of Stockport from time to time – more to blow off the cobwebs these days but a fabulous servant nonetheless. It just goes to show that when we build our trucks, they are built to last, from the highest quality products that we can find. Consequently, we have as little down time as possible meaning that we can always reach our customers and always deliver.
