A young couple had recently purchased a property that was in disrepair and were trying to renovate whilst sticking to a budget. When they called, we explained that if they wanted to lay a sub floor, then they should install a sheet of polythene as a damp proof membrane prior to our arrival. They were advised to provide access and make sure that we could pour through the existing floor joists.
Credit where it’s due, the job was ready when we arrived on the Saturday morning and we were able to complete the pour on two downstairs room with any issues.
We recently went back to pour the floor for the entrance hall and we will go back soon when they are ready to pour the footings for their extension. We have gained a loyal customer through our excellent customer service, our experience and extensive knowledge.
