We arrived on site early on a Saturday morning. The entrance was awkward for our driver to reverse down but with a little bit of patience and some skilful driving, he managed to get the mixer as close to the site as was possible.
When our operatives looked at the job, they realised that the push was going to be a long one and not as easy as they would hope. Nethertheless, the got on with the job. The site had been set up as well as could be expected by the client and the job went relatively quickly despite the tough nature of the work. The only thing that set the lads back was that the customer under ordered. The truck was empty and so we were forced to return to the yard to load up. This wasn’t a major problem, sometimes, quantities are hard to judge when doing footings, or any job. We were able to load the truck and return to site to complete the job within an hour.
The customer was very happy with our concrete and paid special complements to our hardworking and dedicate staff.
